Explore A Winter Wonderland

Kick off your holiday season at the 23rd Annual Festival of Trees & Wreaths—a beloved Durango tradition! Beginning November 23, the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum is transformed into a twinkling winter wonderland featuring dozens of beautifully decorated trees and whimsical wreaths, each uniquely designed by local businesses, organizations, and community members.

The excitement peaks December 4–6 during the official Festival Weekend, when visitors can explore the dazzling displays, vote in the People's Choice Awards, enjoy family-friendly activities, and make lasting holiday memories. Best of all, admission is free, making it the perfect seasonal outing for family and friends.

Share The Love with Morehart Murphy Subaru

Each year, Community Connections partners with Morehart Murphy Subaru for their 'Share the Love' event. From November - January, Morehart Murphy donates $250 to Community Connections, or the purchaser's choice of four national charities selected by Subaru of America, Inc., with each car sold. With Morehart Murphy Subaru's help, you can do a good deed and get a great vehicle in the process.
