211 Colorado is an information clearinghouse that streamlines services and provides one central location where people can get connected to the resources they need. Whether you are searching for a shelter availability, childcare, or rent payment assistance – 211 can connect you to available resources in your community.

Alliance Colorado

Alliance is a nonprofit, statewide association comprised of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) case management and provider agencies, Early Intervention Brokers, businesses serving the IDD community, and disability advocacy organizations.

Arc of Southwest Colorado

A non-profit organization in Durango, Colorado whose mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Arc of Southwest Colorado is committed to providing unwavering care, resources, and opportunities through education advocacy, community collaboration, support groups, and inclusive activities.

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) believes that anyone with a disability who wants to work, can work, regardless of the type or severity of their disability. They provide a wide variety of individualized services for people with disabilities. These services may allow you to reach your employment goals and live independently.

Durango 9R Child Find

Child Find is committed to supporting families through the process of identification, evaluation, and continued appropriate services for children with possible delays and or disabilities. The Child Find team evaluates children who are ages 3-5 and also coordinates the identification and evaluation of school-aged children in private schools.

San Juan Board of Cooperative Education Services

The San Juan BOCES is the Administrative Unit for Special Education in our 8 member public school districts that provides specialized services and support to schools to ensure that all students with disabilities receive a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) in the least restrictive environment (LRE).

Southwest Center for Independence

People with disabilities providing support and training for people with disabilities and those who are aging to live well in southwest Colorado.
