Why Make A Donation?
Since 1985, Community Connections has been helping people with disabilities lead healthy and fulfilling lives in our community. We serve approximately 900 people annually in a five-county region of Southwest Colorado. Your gift helps cover funding shortfalls while contributing to a culture of inclusion and empowering people with disabilities to live life on their own terms. Individual Giving

Event Sponsorships
Marketed to a broad regional audience in Southwest Colorado, our annual Festival of Trees & Wreaths event provides a prime platform for sponsor recognition and visibility. You will receive exposure in November/December on our online event website, at the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum with thousands of Polar Express riders, as well as myriad other benefits. Your tax-deductible donation helps us provide essential services to our friends and neighbors with disabilities and advocate for their inclusion and full participation in community life. Legacy Gifts
Legacy Giving or Planned Giving is an impactful way to make a lasting difference. By including Community Connections in your estate plan you can sustain our mission far into the future, even after your lifetime.
