We want to make sure people always feel they can safely report concerns.

Community Connections has set up an anonymous reporting line to make it more comfortable to report concerning, unethical, harmful, or uncomfortable behavior involving our staff.

We encourage people enrolled into services, family members, contractors and staff to utilize the hotline to report things like:

Bias and Discrimination
Lack of respect for rights
Harassing, threatening, or coercive behavior
Misuse of funds or resources
Ethical Violation or misconduct

In addition to making your own reports, if you know somebody with concerns that needs assistance to make a report, please support them to do so!​
