​​​​We want to make sure people always feel they can safely report concerns and have set up an anonymous reporting line to make it more comfortable to report concerning, unethical, harmful, or uncomfortable behavior involving our staff. 

You Have Rights

​​You have the same legal rights and responsibilities guaranteed to all other individuals under the federal and state constitutions and federal and state laws.  As a person receiving services, you are also granted specific additional rights under Colorado State Law.

Community Connections has been supporting children, families, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1985 and is the only organization providing 24/7 comprehensive services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a five-county region of Southwest Colorado including Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan Counties.
