Criminal Background - Fingerprinting Process
Applicants considered for employment will have fingerprinting completed. CCI will submit completed cards to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Searches are conducted through CBI and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Click HERE for information on the Fingerprinting Process.

Volunteer and Employee Criminal History Service (VECHS Waiver Agreement and Statement ) Form
Applicants considered for employment or volunteer opportunities must successfully complete a criminal background search, in addition to professional reference checks. Click HERE for the VECHS Waiver Agreement and Statement Form.
