Early Intervention 

(Community Centered Board and Single Entry Point)

Residential, respite, and personal care services are being provided in person as requested. Other community and home-based services are being provided in person on a case-by-case basis individually or in small groups. Virtual services are also available. Our Community Centers at Pine Street in Cortez and Holly House in Durango are closed.
