During these unprecedented times, Community Connections has joined the concerted community effort to slow the spread of COVID-19.
This annual holiday tradition - a free family-friendly event with food, fun and entertainment and a chance to win great prizes - has benefited people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our area since 2004. Hundreds of people, including 30,000 Polar Express riders, took the opportunity to wander through an enchanted forest of locally sponsored and decorated Christmas trees at the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Grange Hall and the public joined on Noel Night, Friday, December 7th and Saturday, December 8th.
